Product Engineer II

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer II to join our team at LanceSoft. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the development and enhancement of our globally launched Robotic Assisted Surgery platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and features
• Conduct thorough analysis of customer returns and optimize device production relative to cost constraints
• Work closely with project management office, design engineers, and contract manufacturing sites to ensure successful product launches
• Develop and implement testing methods, procedures, and problems to ensure high-quality products
• Provide technical guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals and employees in the Support Career Stream
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Bio-Medical Engineering
• 0-2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
• Strong understanding of robotics, mechanical, and electrical engineering principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently with general supervision
