Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at DaVita. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks, including change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices, and purchase orders. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will enable you to effectively assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
About the Role:
• Assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments.
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks, including change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts and treatment logs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
