As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Rebuild and Construction team to ensure that projects advance smoothly, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, and follow up on payments for services provided. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, highly communicative, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate job schedules with clients and the construction team to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Review time sheets to verify that job-related expenses are accurate.
  • Engage in team meetings to provide updates on projects and gain insights from fellow team members.
  • Utilize project management software to create job entries, ensuring crews have the necessary information.
  • Assist clients in understanding the insurance process and address any questions or concerns.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurately maintained in the job file.
  • Collaborate with the construction team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the project scope.
Typical Work Schedule:

The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation:

Salary range: $45,000 - $50,000 base, plus attractive bonus potential for high achievers.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • At least 1 year of experience in construction project coordination or related fieldwork.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in collections.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Proficiency in office technology and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Strong skills in task and priority management.
  • Basic math skills and a fundamental understanding of financial concepts.
  • A sense of urgency coupled with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to learn and operate primary software systems: DASH, Xactimate, TSheets, and T&M Pro.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
