Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle phone orders and manage delivery tickets with courtesy and promptness.

- Safely deliver sandwich orders to customers within the designated area, ensuring a friendly interaction.

- Process customer payments accurately and responsibly.

- Collaborate with management at the end of your shift to balance cash from delivery transactions. Prepare sandwiches quickly, accurately, and consistently.

- Follow all guidelines regarding portion sizes, recipes, and operational procedures.

- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment throughout the restaurant, including tables, floors, windows, beverage stations, and restrooms.

- Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and handle payments and change.

- Complete all systems and procedures with utmost accuracy and integrity.

- Uphold a professional appearance at all times in accordance with company dress standards.

- Exhibit a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards all tasks. Perform additional related duties as necessary.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills are essential for customer-facing roles.


This position involves physical activities such as bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as standing and moving throughout the establishment for the duration of your shift.
