Bartender

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Compass Group, North America. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Set up assigned bars, requisition and stock all necessary supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner, takes and processes orders, and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes.
• Receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies validity of charges, and records transactions.
• Locks up and stores all beverage products, food, equipment, and cash drops, and secures the bank.
• Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards and maintains a clean and organized workspace.
