We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist II to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and users, troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware and software issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to staff and users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and hardware repairs
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of new hardware and software
  • Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for technical support and maintenance
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional certification
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis. The ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead is also required. The ability to operate a desktop or laptop computer and access and produce information from a computer is essential.
