About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our PDBMF Maintenance team, you will play a critical role in supporting our PDBMF Manufacturing facility in North Haven, CT.

Responsibilities
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on line manufacturing or plant equipment.
  • Locate and diagnose failures, replace defective components, and perform basic troubleshooting using standard electronic equipment, detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and verbal and/or written instructions.
  • Maintain appropriate maintenance and repair logs.
  • Use a variety of hand, power, and test tools and equipment.
  • May redesign optical, vacuum, electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems for incorporation on existing manufacturing equipment.
  • May estimate labor and equipment costs and prepare requisitions as required.
Requirements
  • Requires basic job knowledge of systems, techniques, and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
  • Requires minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.

Salary ranges for U.S. (excl. PR) locations (USD): $47,800 - $60,000

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive plan. Learn more about Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP) here.

The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
