Job Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our vibrant team. This is a permanent role, suitable for candidates ranging from Mid-level Associate to Senior Attorney, based on experience and expertise. The successful candidate will manage family law cases comprehensively, addressing divorce, custody, child support, and related family law issues.

The candidate should be adept at handling high-stakes litigation while navigating the complexities of family law with empathy and professionalism.


Essential Duties:

  • Oversee all facets of family law cases, including divorce, custody, child support, visitation rights, and domestic violence.
  • Advocate for clients in court, mediations, and negotiations, ensuring their rights and interests are upheld.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, orders, and agreements.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy formulation.
  • Provide clients with informed legal advice, ensuring they understand their rights and options.
  • Stay updated on developments in family law, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 1 year of litigation experience (family law preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in managing divorce, custody, child support, and related matters.
  • Current license to practice law in the state.
  • Exceptional litigation skills, with experience representing clients in court, mediations, and negotiations.
  • Strong legal research and writing abilities, capable of drafting and negotiating complex legal documents.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, providing clients with clear and compassionate legal guidance.
  • High integrity and professionalism, committed to upholding the highest standards of legal practice.
  • Ability to manage a substantial caseload, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and deliver quality work under pressure.
