The selected Associate will play a crucial role in advocating for individuals facing unlawful workplace discrimination, harassment, wage theft, and other breaches of California employment regulations. A solid understanding of class action procedures is essential.
Key Qualifications:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in labor and employment law.
- Proficient in managing depositions, pretrial motions, and comprehensive litigation processes from initiation to resolution.
- Skilled in drafting a variety of legal documents and complex motions, including class certification motions, class-wide settlement agreements, and motions for preliminary and final approval.
- Able to work autonomously while also being an effective collaborator.
