Primary Duties:

  • Advocate for clients in employment-related litigation, encompassing both individual and collective actions.
  • Collaborate with a team of seasoned attorneys on diverse cases, including issues of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage disputes.
  • Perform legal research and prepare essential legal documents such as pleadings and motions.
  • Engage in depositions, argue motions, and assist in trial preparations.
  • Offer clients comprehensive legal counsel and safeguard their rights throughout the litigation process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.
  • Active membership in the California State Bar Association.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in employment litigation.
  • Proficient litigation capabilities, with experience across all stages of discovery and trial.

Note: Opportunities are available for both Plaintiff and Defense Attorneys.
