Position Overview:

C3 AI is in search of a highly skilled Customer Success Manager (CSM) to become part of our dedicated support team.

The CSM will be responsible for managing and addressing the technical requirements of our clients, ensuring the delivery of precise technical support, and meeting established expectations to guarantee customer satisfaction.

This role involves collaborating with clients to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for success and working alongside various internal and external teams to achieve these goals.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical acumen, enabling them to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience effectively.

The CSM will be results-oriented, working closely with clients to define, measure, and drive specific business objectives and associated KPIs.

Ultimately, the CSM is accountable for fostering a positive customer experience that encourages ongoing relationships with C3 AI and the utilization of our products and services.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of C3 AI's high-value use cases and successful case studies.
  • Customize the presentation and support of C3 AI capabilities to meet individual customer needs.
  • Lead workshops for use case scoping and data discovery.
  • Analyze customer requirements and recommend upgrades or additional software features.
  • Facilitate the software development process, including SCRUM and Jira, while prioritizing and escalating tickets as necessary.
  • Provide feedback on product performance to Product and Engineering teams to identify potential new features.
  • Conduct user adoption workshops and assist customers in progressing along the adoption curve.
  • Identify enhancements and change management strategies to unlock additional usage.
  • Establish and nurture business relationships with customers to drive success.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for revenue expansion.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Operations Research; a master's degree is a plus.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success within enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Experience with customer engagements involving data science, cloud infrastructure, solution architecture, application development, and data engineering.
  • Strong customer presence with effective communication skills, capable of assuming a trusted advisor role.
  • Data-driven and analytically oriented, committed to process improvement and customer value creation.
  • Proven ability to navigate both business and technical domains in software implementation projects.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
