Role Overview:

As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for delivering technical expertise and support for our property in Fort Pierce, Florida. Your role will involve conducting regular facility assessments and ensuring that all projects align with Prime Rock's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues on-site, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Additional tasks may include minor maintenance, painting, and other necessary duties.
  • Oversee larger projects by managing Third-Party Vendors to ensure that daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal objectives are met.
  • Prepare contracts, purchase orders, and progress payments for review and approval by the Property Manager or Construction Manager.
  • Ensure timely completion of all facility task requests and maintain up-to-date records in the Yardi Service Channel.
  • Identify and implement cost-effective solutions to facility challenges.
  • Manage multiple maintenance and inspection contracts efficiently.
  • Under the guidance of the Construction Manager, oversee all capital projects on-site.
  • Familiarize yourself with the permitting process and collaborate with local authorities.
  • Occasional travel may be required for special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Training and certifications in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and building trades.
  • Experience with Yardi and other property management software is preferred.
  • Availability for after-hours and emergency calls is essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
