Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Guys Quality Meats is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all products are received, stored, and shipped in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the receiving and processing of all incoming shipments, including verifying receipts against purchase orders and notating damage and piece count when applicable.
  • Oversee the stocking of all goods in appropriate locations, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in physical inventories and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
  • Process customer returns and handle any issues related to damaged or missing products.
  • Ensure that daily warehouse operations are being completed, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Implement and maintain effective warehouse practices and procedures, including FDA, USDA, and other governmental agencies.
  • Responsible for operating vehicles and or machinery to complete duties, including vans, box trucks, forklifts, dollies, and pallet jacks.
  • Assist with customer service, warehouse operations, forklift operation, product handling, and sanitation.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all temperature checks are recorded daily for the warehouse, freezers, trailers, and refrigerators.
  • Responsible for all fleet maintenance, including daily truck inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
  • Manage all receiving and distribution while maintaining accurate records and inventories.
  • Other duties as assigned.
