Position Overview
The role of the Senior Property Claims Adjuster involves tackling new challenges and resolving intricate issues. This position is remote, requiring travel within designated areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of claims and engage with all relevant parties promptly.
- Investigate the specifics of claims to determine coverage, causes, and compensable damages.
- Review insurance policies and related documents to ascertain coverage details.
- Prepare detailed estimates for repair or replacement costs.
- Interview claimants and witnesses to gather necessary information.
- Negotiate settlements for both first and third-party claims.
- Manage salvage and subrogation matters as needed.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred, along with an IIA-AIC designation and appropriate state adjuster license.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Skills and Competencies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Strong commitment to timely reporting and customer service.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.

Work Environment
