Job Title: Staff Services Manager I

Job Summary:

The Staff Services Manager I will function as the first level manager over the Quality Assurance Team within the Quality Assurance Section, and is responsible for the general oversight, management, and daily operations of the unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, manage, and direct the day-to-day operations of the Quality Assurance Team.
  • Provide oversight for section and/or division initiatives, special projects, and assignments that are assigned to the Quality Assurance Team.
  • Work through subordinate, analytical, and office support staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in or supporting a Contact Center environment.
  • Leadership experience, including motivating staff, promoting engagement, and fostering accountability in a constantly changing environment.
  • Three skills that will assist you in being successful in this role.
