Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Program Finance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Program Management Office (PMO), you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, ensuring the successful execution of our programs.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for our programs, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Cost Management: Analyze and manage program costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Financial Reporting: Provide regular financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with program teams, contracts, procurement, operations, and engineering to ensure seamless financial planning and execution.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle ERP.
- Advanced Education: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Earned Value Management (EVM) experience, strong presentation and communication skills, familiarity with Oracle, IFS, or other ERP systems.
We offer a competitive salary range of $68,463 - $114,776 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health, wealth, and wellbeing programs, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
