Job DescriptionThis Project Estimator role involves identifying bid opportunities, evaluating materials, bidding, coordinating with field sales staff, and managing the process to project close. Additional responsibilities include qualifying products, providing product specifications, and reviewing technical requirements to support sales efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a working knowledge of the construction industry.
- Technical and analytical skills for successful project estimation and management.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000, based on industry standards and location.
