The Warehouse Manager is responsible for exemplifying our core values of Respect, Integrity, Safety, and Quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of fabrication and assembly personnel to ensure timely completion of scheduled tasks;
  • Implement and uphold safety standards, continuously seeking opportunities for enhancement;
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within work areas, ensuring safe and efficient operations;
  • Assess temporary labor requirements and arrange for on-site personnel as necessary;
  • Manage shift schedules and time-off requests for all full-time staff across day and night shifts;
  • Conduct performance reviews, evaluations, and manage salary requests for all full-time fabrication staff;


Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing a Warehouse Fabrication Department.

Experience in hiring, scheduling, and overseeing warehouse staff.

  • Strong knowledge of fabrication, machining, welding, and carpentry;
  • Ability to establish budgets and adhere to accounting standards for the department;
  • Excellent time management skills with the capability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
  • Adaptability to manage fluctuating workloads and schedules;
  • Organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment;
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills.
