Key Responsibilities

The Warehouse Manager will:

  • Oversee and coordinate the tasks of fabrication and assembly personnel, ensuring timely completion of scheduled projects;
  • Implement and uphold all safety measures, consistently seeking areas for enhancement;
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within work areas, ensuring safe and efficient operations;
  • Assess temporary labor requirements and facilitate on-site staffing as necessary;
  • Manage shift schedules and time-off requests for all full-time staff across day and night shifts;
  • Conduct performance reviews, evaluations, and salary discussions for all full-time fabrication staff;


Position Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in managing a Warehouse Fabrication Department;
  • Proficiency in hiring, scheduling, and overseeing warehouse personnel;
  • Knowledge of fabrication, machining, welding, and carpentry;
  • Capability to establish budgets and adhere to accounting standards for the department;
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to adapt to changing workloads and schedules;
  • Organizational skills with the capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
