Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement a comprehensive capture strategy to enhance business growth under the guidance of the Sales Director.

· Formulate effective sales tactics to secure both long-term and immediate business opportunities.

· Identify and pursue new business prospects, present our solutions, and finalize sales to achieve annual targets.

· Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients.

  • Serve as the primary contact between clients and our engineering team for support requirements.
  • Encourage the sales team to explore new business avenues.
  • Recognize emerging technologies and future industry needs.
  • Maintain an updated database for weekly performance tracking.
  • While the role typically involves a standard 40-hour work week, additional hours may be necessary to meet objectives.
  • Travel may be required to client locations, industry events, and company facilities.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field.

· Proven success in sales to government and prime contractor sectors.

· Highly organized self-starter capable of managing travel, sales appointments, and client follow-ups independently.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow sales professionals and engineering teams.

· Quick learner with a strong grasp of company products and solutions.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Commitment to long-term employment and loyalty to the organization.

· Familiarity with ground telemetry is advantageous.

· Ability to obtain an active U.S. security clearance is a plus.
