Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support our finance team as it manages the receipt, processing, and collection of payments for goods sold or services provided. In this position, you will be tasked with reviewing account details, generating invoices for designated accounts, and ensuring accurate billing practices.

*Please note that this is a Monday to Friday in-office role.*

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and process invoices for services provided
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts
  • Record and manage financial transactions
  • Assist with end-of-month financial audits
  • Handle credit card processing
  • Reconcile client statements and correct discrepancies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate billing
  • Work alongside the collections team to review account statuses
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, invoice preparation, and document filing
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • An associate degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with SAGE 100 accounting software is advantageous
  • Strong time management skills
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
