Job Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage client expectations and keep them informed about issue resolution progress.
  • Work on reactive issues via phone, email, and support portal through our Reliant+ Service Board.
  • Evaluate technical skills in areas such as desktop and server operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and user management via Active Directory and Exchange.
  • Escalate unresolved issues or those requiring additional assistance to our Service Manager.
  • Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) goals for service tickets.
Key Qualifications

We're seeking an individual with at least 2 years of experience in IT-related roles and expertise in:

  • Desktop and server operating systems.
  • Microsoft Office applications.
  • User management via Active Directory and Exchange.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, documentation, time management, and task management skills, as well as a commitment to professional development and technical training.
