Key Responsibilities

  • Retrieve work packages and drawings as assigned by supervisors.
  • Interpret work orders and engineering drawings to determine tasks.
  • Collaborate with management and other departments on job-related matters.
  • Layout and execute repairs on parts according to specifications.
  • Prepare and shape materials using various tools and techniques.
  • Construct aids to facilitate repair processes.
  • Identify areas requiring repair based on documentation.
  • Operate mechanical lifts to access repair sites.
  • Prepare damaged aircraft areas for repair.
  • Apply composite materials to rework areas as per specifications.
  • Conduct bonding processes using appropriate methods.
  • Perform minor assembly tasks as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the repair process.
  • Maintain personal and tool certifications as required.

Work Environment

This position is expected to be fully onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work at designated locations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with precision measuring tools.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting aerospace engineering drawings.
  • Experience with hand tools and power tools.
  • Familiarity with composite materials and their fabrication.
