Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our repair center, you will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex equipment and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems with equipment and components
  • Perform repairs and maintenance services to ensure optimal performance
  • Prepare and maintain accurate repair documentation and records
  • Communicate technical data and trends to relevant stakeholders
  • Evaluate and escalate unusual product issues to technical support or other departments
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
  • Strong soldering skills and ability to troubleshoot to component level
  • Proficiency with oscilloscopes and digital multimeters
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
