Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Engineering Supervisor to lead our medical equipment management initiatives and provide superior customer service and operational efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the execution of the TRIMEDX Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP) and collaborating with customers to develop win-win solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead clinical engineering initiatives to provide superior customer service and operational efficiency
  • Manage the execution of the TRIMEDX Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP)
  • Collaborate with customers to develop win-win solutions
  • Assist the Clinical Engineering Manager with all aspects of program management
  • Manage operations on a day-to-day basis
  • Direct Joint Commission inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop others
  • Ability to perform basic financial analysis and calculate budgets, revenue, and costs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading/managing in a clinical engineering environment
  • Technical certification such as A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, or CCE
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
