Job Summary

GuildQuality is seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and concerns, and coordinate repair schedules to meet their expectations.
  • Verify the accuracy of subcontractor workmanship and communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Receive and review correspondence from clients, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments with clients and conduct repair inspections to ensure that work is completed to our high standards.
  • Determine the necessary repairs and create work order schedules to meet client needs.
  • Communicate with field and office staff to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to schedule repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
  • Verify the completion of repairs and communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Authorize billing requests and review submitted charges for accuracy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Care Executive.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Three years of customer service experience and three to five years of construction experience.
