A leading real estate development company, Roessel Joy, is seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in financial analysis and modeling, as well as experience with QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.

The successful candidate will have a degree in accounting and/or finance and be proficient in Excel. They will be responsible for developing annual financial plans and budgets across multiple business lines, working closely with business leaders to maintain rolling forecasts, and providing analytical insights for decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain management reports and KPIs, conduct variance analysis, and provide analytical insights for decision-making.
  • Business Partnerships: Be the go-to business partner for ad-hoc analyses and provide support for regular divisional presentations and reports.
  • Technical Skills: Leverage Excel, Anaplan, and reporting tools to enhance modeling and reporting capabilities.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Education and Experience: University degree and seven-plus years' relevant experience, with prior experience in financial modeling and insurance FP&A strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in Excel, with preference given to those with QuickBooks Online or other financial planning software skills.
  • Soft Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter.
