  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate month-end analysis and provide commentary related to the financial close cycle.
  • Prepare consolidated reporting, presentations, and analysis for quarterly forecasting cycles.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors at all levels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; strong knowledge of financial systems applications is essential.
  • Experience with SAP is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a complex, matrixed, and geographically diverse business environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at multiple organizational levels.
