About the Job: We require a highly motivated and organized individual to coordinate daily operations, manage client relationships, and track project progress. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide support to coordinate daily operations of other employees in the department
  2. Answer customer phone calls and schedule leads and appointments for Sales Team/Management
  3. Deliver regular reporting to ensure key stakeholders are kept abreast of project statuses
  4. Manage and accurately track all clients, contracts, invoicing, expenses, and data management associated with projects in the division
  5. Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of projects

Payscale and Benefits:
  • Estimated salary: $56,000 - $66,000 per annum (approximately $20 - $26 per hour)
