Job Description

Clark Creative Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Analyst III to support a newly awarded program in Edgewood, MD. The ideal candidate will provide specialized expertise in contracting and Other Transaction Authority (OTA) to the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological Radiological Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND).

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing various acquisition options, drafting program milestone-related documentation, and developing program acquisition documentation. Additionally, they will provide Acquisition Strategy Analysis Briefings and Acquisition Status Briefings to the JPM/JPEO site.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 10 years in DoD/Government Contracting (1102 series)
  • 5+ years of experience working with DoD contracts at the Systems level (DoD 5000 series)
  • Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) level II certification or equivalent
