The position involves managing dealership inventory, developing the workforce to ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborating with various departments to maintain inventory accuracy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction through devoted service.
- Determine and manage product quality requirements.
- Attend and participate in company meetings as required.
- Maintain a follow-up system for required duties and projects.
- Establish personal performance goals aligned with company standards of productivity.
- Analyze actions with the team to determine how to better utilize time and resources.
- Stay current with business terminology and technological changes in products and services.
- Understand and follow company procedures, as well as federal, state, and local requirements.
- Uphold the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.
- Work evening, weekend, and holiday hours as required.
- Learn and utilize required programs for managing dealership inventory.
- Work with customers and auctions for buying and selling pre-owned vehicles.
- Maintain required logs and communications with departments.
- Use procedures to facilitate sales department profitability.
- Facilitate the customer buying process from start to finish.
- Supervise and run operations involving used vehicles.
- Meet budgeted revenue and expense goals.
- Devising appropriate forecasts and creating processes for accurate paperwork.
