Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and support to clients in the design and delivery of child welfare programs and services.
  • Develop and implement training and coaching programs for child welfare professionals.
  • Conduct research and analysis on child welfare topics and develop reports and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other technical experts and project leadership to ensure the successful delivery of technical assistance and support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or public health.
  • At least 10 years of experience in child welfare, including direct experience in a government or public child welfare setting.
  • At least 3 years of experience in training and coaching.
  • English fluency (oral and written).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Consulting experience in child welfare.
  • Expert-level subject matter expertise in public child welfare and related topics.
  • Fluency in a language other than English.
