  • Oversee parts, shop, and warehouse operations within assigned markets.
  • Actively lead contract negotiations and foster vendor relations to ensure company competitiveness.

  • Determine staffing levels and ensure compliance with company hiring, counseling, discipline, and termination policies.

Requirements:

  • Must be available and willing to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • Must be available and willing to travel to meet business needs.
  • Possess technical software and applications skills, including warehousing, material management, and mechanical systems.
