Your contributions will be vital to our commitment to delivering the most environmentally responsible projects for our clients across various sectors. You will serve as a pivotal member of our Sustainability team, assisting project teams in monitoring and documenting sustainability objectives, facilitating accreditation processes, and fostering community engagement and investment goals within the markets you oversee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure comprehension and adherence to certification standards;
  • Assist in credit interpretation and feasibility assessments during project development phases;
  • Maintain and update tracking systems for sustainability credits;
  • Provide resources and support for accreditation exam preparation;
  • Champion sustainable business strategies and advocacy initiatives;
  • Prepare and deliver sustainability presentations at meetings;
  • Monitor and report on project green performance metrics;
  • Create educational and training materials for sustainability programs;
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry benchmarks;
  • Support regional sustainability objectives and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in sustainability practices, building science, and green building rating systems;
  • Understanding of carbon accounting, best practices in the construction industry, and market dynamics;
  • Experience with green building certifications such as LEED, WELL, LBC, and Envision;
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sustainability consulting or related fields;
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities;
  • Capacity to meet deadlines and work independently when necessary;
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs;
  • Knowledge of sustainability KPI data collection and analysis.
