Dashboard & Reporting:

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to identify analytics needs and provide data-driven insights that inform decision-making.

Data Governance & Quality:
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across the platform by establishing and enforcing data governance policies and practices.

Performance Monitoring:
Continuously monitor the performance of the platform through analytics, identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives to enhance user experience and business outcomes.

Training & Knowledge Sharing:
Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on analytics tools, best practices, and methodologies, fostering a data-driven culture.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on the latest analytics trends, tools, and technologies, continuously improving the platform's analytics capabilities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in data analytics or a related field, with a strong focus on digital platforms and global projects.

Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI), as well as programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Expertise in data visualization techniques and tools, with a proven ability to create compelling and easy-to-understand dashboards and reports.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts and data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
