Job Summary:

Global Channel Management, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Facility Scheduler to join our team. As a Facility Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing routine and emergency service requests, creating work orders, scheduling and dispatching contractors and team members, and maintaining schedules for preventative maintenance, corrective and reactive work orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage routine and emergency service requests for both daily incoming and after-hours calls and emails.
  • Create work orders for all service requests, PMs, routine repairs, and corrective action work.
  • Schedule and dispatch contractors and team members.
  • Debrief tradesmen and team members after completion of each call.
  • Respond to all messages left overnight, including emergencies.
  • Maintain the schedules for Preventative Maintenance, Corrective and Reactive work orders.
  • Forecast workload for 30 days out.

Requirements:

  • Minimum associate's degree in business administration or construction/manufacturing/production-related field.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Facility service contracting experience.
  • Construction/manufacturing scheduling experience.
  • Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Building Management Systems (BMS) experience.
  • Experience in various facilities/construction disciplines (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.) and commercial facilities management.
  • Strong time management, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • 5 years minimum of related experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Dispatching Environment, Construction Office Background, Procore Systems, Estimating Tools, Invoicing for Services Rendered, Scheduling.
