Position Overview

The Mammography Imaging Specialist is responsible for performing both routine and advanced breast imaging procedures, ensuring high-quality images are available for healthcare professionals to aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of medical conditions.

This role requires the ability to work autonomously, applying sound clinical judgment and expertise to conduct safe and precise imaging procedures. The technologist must foster trust and collaboration with patients, their families, and the healthcare team through thorough patient evaluations, diligent monitoring, and clear communication.

Compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, as well as institutional policies, is essential to maintain patient privacy and safety while delivering exceptional care.

Additionally, the Mammography Imaging Specialist may be tasked with conducting specific procedures and training new staff members within the department.

Job Qualifications
  • BLS (AHA)
  • CA CRT
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Work Schedule

Shift: 5 x 8 Days, Monday to Friday with Saturday rotation as necessary.
