The Management Development Program at Marriott Vacations Worldwide is a comprehensive 12-month program designed to develop leadership skills and provide a thorough understanding of Resort Operations. Participants will rotate through multiple departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreation, Safety & Security, Food & Beverage, and Facilities, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the resort's operations.
Curriculum Highlights

- Opportunity to interact with owners, guests, and associates while building operational expertise
Program Requirements
- Candidates must have earned a Bachelor's degree by the time they begin the program
- Preferred degree in Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management; Business and Hospitality minor also considered
- Candidates should be recent graduates within the current semester or up to one-year post-graduation
- Prior hospitality or resort operations experience preferred
