Job Description:
Co-Alliance seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support for our branch. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming phone calls, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Process payments, orders, and requests with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Reconcile and file necessary paperwork, maintaining organized records.
  • Coordinate electronic files via email, ensuring timely submission.
  • Compile and submit finalized documentation, adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Download reports, providing valuable insights for management.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, faxing, typing, and mailing.
  • Balance cash drawer daily, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Sort, compile, and distribute daily mail, receiving courier deliveries and sending out branch mail weekly.
  • Purchase office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked environment.
  • Assist with special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, accurately calculating prices and making informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, taking initiative and making sound judgments.
  • Team player, with excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma and one to two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
