At Enviri Corporation, we are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy equipment such as hydraulic excavators, rubber-tired loaders, haul trucks, and telehandler forklifts.
  • Clean, inspect, and secure all equipment and perform minor preventative and other maintenance.
  • Provide guidance and serve as a spotter for trucks arriving and departing from the process operations.
  • Perform and document daily safety and maintenance checks.
  • Maintain clean process operations, ensuring that both work area and equipment remain free from clutter, spills, and residues.
  • Cross-train and fill in for operations staff as needed.
  • Participate in pre-shift and post-shift safety and operational meetings.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience operating heavy equipment.
  • Ability to speak and write in English.
  • Mechanical ability.
  • Good work ethic, self-motivated.
  • Ability to deal politely and professionally with coworkers and company visitors.
  • Ability to follow directions or instruction.
  • Ability to use a computer to access training portals.
