Job Summary

NAPPR Inc is seeking a highly skilled Early Intervention Contract Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing direct therapy services and consultation to children birth to 36 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention
    • Administer, score, and interpret assessments to identify client needs and develop treatment plans.
    • Provide therapeutic treatments to clients and summarize results to recommend future interventions.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with families and other staff members to develop and implement individualized goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Accurately complete required paperwork and reports in accordance with regulations and timelines.
    • Prepare assessment and evaluation reports, summary of services, and team recommendations.
  • Professional Development
    • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and standards.
    • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Current New Mexico license and certification for discipline.
    • Experience working with culturally diverse populations, particularly in Native American communities.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
