Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including PMs and inspections, to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to emergency situations and perform repairs to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
- Modify and fabricate equipment to improve production processes and maintain existing systems.
- Maintain building facilities, including wastewater treatment, refrigeration systems, steam systems, and building environment systems.
- Install new equipment to improve current production processes and maintain existing systems.
- Maintain the facility and equipment to ensure maximum reliability and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and maintain programmable Logic Controllers for all manufacturing equipment.
- Utilize electrical knowledge to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various types of equipment.
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of AC and DC circuits, motor control, and control circuitry.
- Electrical licenses, WW treatment licenses, boiler certificates, and mechanical certificate.
