Industrial Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Randstad USA. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal operation of our manufacturing equipment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Industrial Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Completing work orders and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Performing electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, as well as machinery installations and preventative maintenance
- Maintaining inventory and parts supplies, and keeping accurate records of job logs
- Overseeing work performed by outside contractors, as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of electrical components and PLCs
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
The salary for this role is estimated to be between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, an incentive and recognition program, and a 401K contribution.
