Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and energetic Studio Red Coach to deliver an exceptional and motivating high-intensity interval training workout experience to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe and effective workout environment by demonstrating exercises with correct form and ensuring the safety of members.
  • Be approachable, professional, enthusiastic, and engaging, providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to member needs and concerns.
  • Actively engage in the class, moving around the room while leading, coaching, and motivating members for the entirety of the predetermined workouts.
  • Recommend relevant VASA Fitness products and amenities to meet members' needs and encourage non-STUDIO members to attend STUDIO RED classes.
  • Coach to individuals at their fitness levels and abilities, providing modifications when needed, to ensure each member feels successful, supported, and included as part of the VASA community.
  • Monitor effort and encourage participants using the Myzone technology.
  • Execute post-class procedures, including cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing, to provide a safe, clean, and bright environment.
  • Engage with social media to promote the STUDIO product, invite followers to STUDIO RED classes, and celebrate member wins.
  • Be open to coaching feedback and willing to take necessary action to continue growing and improving skills.

Requirements:

  • 30+ hours per week employees: Paid Time Off (hourly), Health, Dental, Vision Benefits, and Paid Parental Leave.
  • 40 hours per week employees: Flexible Vacation Plan (salary) and Paid Holidays.
