Client Experience Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Client Experience Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional customer experiences at J&W Heating and Air + Plumbing. This role involves managing all aspects of customer interaction and ensuring our clients receive unparalleled support and service.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service.
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service management (preferably in HVAC or Home Services).
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range $60,000 - $90,000 per year.
