Client Experience Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Client Experience Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional customer experiences at J&W Heating and Air + Plumbing. This role involves managing all aspects of customer interaction and ensuring our clients receive unparalleled support and service.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service management (preferably in HVAC or Home Services).
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range $60,000 - $90,000 per year.
