Key Responsibilities

As an Endoscopy Sales Associate, your primary focus will be on supporting the Endoscopy Sales Representative in maintaining and expanding business operations.

  • Assist Sales Representatives in marketing, promoting, and selling Stryker products.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on the proper usage and maintenance of Stryker products, including updates and educational programs.
  • After comprehensive product training, customize Stryker's promotional messaging based on customer insights, advise on product selection, and address inquiries regarding product functionality.
  • Facilitate product evaluations in operating rooms and clinical settings.
  • Support the organization of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
  • Regularly update the regional manager on territory progress.
  • Resolve product-related issues for customers promptly.
  • Manage and maintain a sample inventory of products.
  • Adhere to all operating room and OSHA guidelines during product evaluations.
Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in an external sales role, preferably in medical fields.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
