Role Overview: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and solutions to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice and product knowledge to customers.
  • Performing technical tasks such as phone repairs, including screen and battery replacements.
  • Executing key cutting and reprogramming of key fob remotes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, along with relevant work experience.
  • Strong customer service and sales orientation.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand our electronic retail systems.
  • Demonstrated technical skills for handling small parts and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred for driving roles.
  • Capability to lift over 50 lbs.
