  • Direct the preparation and execution of all aspects of budgeting, planning, and forecasting, including the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • 10 years of FP&A experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS within a high-growth environment.
  • 5 years of prior management experience.
  • Strong experience with FP&A and BI analytics tools like Adaptive Insights and PowerBI.
  • Superb business partnering experience and demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional leaders.
  • Superb problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department.
  • Superb leadership, sound judgment, and business acumen skills.
  • Superb verbal/written communication skills and presentation skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact.
  • Superb skills in both understanding and interpreting financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement), and financial modeling skills.
