Requirements
  • Organized and excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple deadlines.
  • Takes initiative and ownership, executing independently in assigned work areas.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, using applicable office terminology, forms, documents, and procedures.
  • Proactively propose solutions when dealing with challenging situations, focusing on identification and remediation of root causes.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
  • Analytical, with the ability to research, interpret, and apply technical guidance to business situations.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or business.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in property tax or a similar role.
