About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative for Restore Hyper Wellness, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients over the phone, return important voicemails, and facilitate the booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Helping clients over the phone and returning important voicemails
  • Facilitating the booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation process
  • Onboarding new clients, including completing medical waivers and creating profiles in our point-of-sale system
  • Educating clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care

Requirements:

  • Passion for helping people live healthier lives
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Hold or be working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field
